ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Melissa Snively - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monthly sales goals in Auto, Home, Life & Health Insurance products.
- Maintain customer relationships to drive growth and retention.
- Cross-sell and Up-sell insurance and financial services.
- Persistent follow-up on customer referrals and internet leads.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to existing customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and offer policies to existing customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Preferably 1-3 years of insurance sales experience with FL License.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
